Mary Ellen Small, the broker and founder of ProLink Realty Advisors, has over 20 years of experience selling northeast Georgia. She was first licensed as a salesperson in 1996 and began marketing and selling real estate full time in 2001. In 2008, she obtained her broker license, left a well-known franchise and created a small firm to sell foreclosures in a down market. Although affiliated with another large franchise when the market improved, she found that she can offer more options and better service as a team-centered company.
