About ProLink Realty Advisors
Today’s buyers and sellers need more than just a real estate portal to show them properties and home values; they need a trusted resource to guide them through the complex world of real estate. We are a team-centered real estate firm of highly-specialized professionals, all working together to help make your real estate purchase or sale as smooth and efficient as possible. This means intense broker involvement and an admin team to coordinate marketing and transaction activities, allowing our highly-trained agents to work relentlessly to discover, understand and meet your needs. With you as our client, it is our duty to educate and advise you every step of the way.
Our team concept gives us greater flexibility, allowing more customized options than most brokers can offer under a large franchise, thus we are better equipped to provide solutions for more complicated situations than traditional buyer/seller transactions. With our network of vendors, we are better equipped to assist in preparing properties for sale, especially when the client lives in another state, is deceased or is physically incapable. We work with properties affected by divorce, bankruptcy and probate. We also find alternatives to help renters find a path to homeownership sooner than they ever dreamed.
Those are just a few examples. We understand that buying or selling real estate is more than just a transaction: it’s a significant life event that can affect multiple people. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of our clients. Let us show how we can help you!
Mary Ellen Small, the broker and founder of ProLink Realty Advisors, has over 20 years of experience selling northeast Georgia. She was first licensed as a salesperson in 1996 and began marketing and selling real estate full time in 2001. In 2008, she obtained her broker license, left a well-known franchise and created a small firm to sell foreclosures in a down market. Although affiliated with another large franchise when the market improved, she found that she can offer more options and better service as a team-centered company.
